The name may have changed but the service hasn't.
Succession had been something Gordon had been looking at for almost two years, with the view to securing someone who would take forward the programmes, monitoring services, advice, and manuals in the format clients have found helpful.
I am delighted to have been identified as that person, having worked with and used both products over many years in my role as a front-line compliance officer at an investment management firm.
Rawlins Regulatory Limited has been established to take on the IP of Compliance Wizard Limited in terms of manuals and programmes with the intention of providing additional services as and when required in due course such as consultancy. The Compliance Wizard trademark has been licensed to Rawlins Regulatory Limited.
To further enhance continuity, will undertake his work using the same data sources, systems for documentation production, manual styles and monitoring models as before, ensuring the same formats and service levels are provided.
Gordon remains behind the scenes as a sounding board for me but hopefully giving him some more time to tinker in the garage!
