Our story

National Regulatory Services (NRS) was re-established in 2024 as a trading name of Rawlins Regulatory Limited, building on the foundations of Compliance Wizard Limited and the original NRS, founded by Gordon McMurray.

We focus on making compliance work proportionate — recognising that firms of different sizes face different FCA requirements, and that a one-size-fits-all approach helps no one. Whether you're a large firm or just starting out, we size our advice and our documents to fit.

We stay close to how regulation is actually changing — from Brexit and the Edinburgh Reforms to Consumer Duty — so our advice reflects where the FCA's expectations are heading, not just where they've been.
